These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Luvwish website and the purchase of Luvwish products, including sanitary pads, period kits, and cramp relief patches. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS upon acceptance. We may modify product offerings, prices, or promotions at our discretion without prior notice.

Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer an alternative, as applicable.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, such as GST, unless otherwise stated. The final price, including taxes, shipping, and any discounts, will be displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other methods compliant with Indian payment regulations. You confirm that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Timelines: While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics issues, or force majeure). Delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon handover of the shipment to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and offer a transparent return and refund policy:

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification, subject to product condition and proof of purchase.
• Hygiene Products: Due to health and safety regulations, sanitary pads, period kits, and similar products cannot be returned or refunded if opened or used, unless defective or incorrect.

• Refunds: Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned goods, in accordance with RBI guidelines. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, standard return policies apply, and shipping charges may not be refunded.
