Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Reason Return Window Proof Required
Damaged or Defective Item Within 15 days Mandatory unboxing video (clear, uncut, continuous)
Wrong Item Delivered Within 15 days Unboxing video
Change of Mind ❌ Not accepted
Used or opened products are not returnable unless proven defective or incorrect upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used sanitary or personal care products
  • Products without original sealed packaging
  • Customized, sample, or final-sale items
  • Items returned after 15 days (unless due to legal exceptions)

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at luvwisho@gmail.com or +91 9562388698 (WhatsApp) within the return period
  2. Share your order number, issue details, and proof (video/photos)
  3. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization
  4. Ship the return within 3 days of receiving the authorization

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the return
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer)
  • Total time to reflect in your account: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are refunded only for wrong/damaged items
  • In other valid cases, return shipping cost may be deducted

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your product is eligible for return, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as we process hygiene-grade products swiftly
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted

Delivery Delays or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond 15 days or lost in transit, you are eligible for a:

✅ Free replacement — as per your choice
